Atlanta Milling Company provides asphalt services across the Southeastern United States.  Asphalt milling is the process of grinding up asphalt that can then be recycled. The process came about because many streets were getting higher and higher on curbs, and therefore drainage of the roadway was becoming an increasingly bad problem.  We have elaborate conveyor systems to reduce the labor of picking up the material from the roadway.  Our new production machines are designed to tackle any mix design they chew into.  The milling machine teeth grind at 75 feet per minute - The fine asphalt dust is not harmful to the cars or people. 

Operating an asphalt milling machine requires specialized training and we employ a large, professional staff with 20 plus years in the paving industry, and an office staff of eight, so no job is too big or too small. We run a background check and conduct random drug-screens on all of our employees.  At Atlanta Milling Company, safety is our biggest concern, so we are selective about how we employ.
